WE ALL MATTER: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT CIRCLE

We ALL Matter takes a trauma-informed approach to how issues, attitudes, and practices around cultural competence, community engagement, diversity and inclusion, and policy development affect our communities.  

This initiative:

  1. Creates an environment of respect and inclusion for people of color.

  2. Changes negative assumptions, practices, and beliefs to promote an understanding of the world from the perspectives of others. 

  3. Promotes dialogue around issues of diversity and cultural competence.

  4. Collaborates with partnering organizations and communities to eliminate racial disparities in employment, education, and the justice system.
