For ECCSC, priority number one is visibly impacting our city by being present in our communities.
We allocate our resources toward preventing violence at the source, positively affecting our youth, and providing support where the traditional emergency response has failed.
MISSION AND VISION
ECCSC’s mission is to provide dedicated community servants trained to change the dynamic of trauma and violence in our communities.
We provide innovative violence prevention and intervention programs and/or resources that are aimed to prevent violence at the source, reduce recidivism, support positive re-entry, build strong youth, families, and communities, and provide non-traditional public safety emergency support to underserved communities.
Violence prevention, social services, life skills, and youth mentorship are also at the forefront of our mission. We recognize prison reform and re-entry programs as a cornerstone of social change, which deserves immediate attention to our efforts in changing the dynamic of trauma in our communities.
ECCSC and its coalition of civic, social, and business partnerships are focused on breaking down discriminatory laws & practices and paving a way for education, awareness and success for underrepresented people.
